Amongst the many misconceptions about Islam is one concerning the status of daughters in Islam.There are a number of reasons for these misconceptions: 1.False & hostile propoganda from the enemies of Islam. 2.Ignorance concerning this issue on the part of some Muslims. 3.Negligence and carelessness on the part of some Muslims concerning Islamic teachings when dealing with daughters.
